Targeted
Our targeted facials are customized to address your specific needs ranging from fighting the signs of aging to correcting acne breakouts and rosacea flare ups. Your skin will be cleansed, exfoliated, and moisturized to help improve circulation and diminish the appearance of fine lines and age spots. Sterile extractions of blackheads or whiteheads will be performed when needed.
How Should I Prepare for My Facial?
There are treatments you should avoid having before a facial. If you are undergoing a chemical peel or laser treatment, make sure to let your skin rest for at least two weeks before getting a facial.
Sun exposure can make the skin sensitive. A week before your facial appointment, make sure to protect your skin from direct sunlight and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen. Take a break from tanning sessions as well.
Since facials involve exfoliation, it is highly recommended to avoid using exfoliating skincare products for at least two days before the treatment. The same rule applies to acne medications or skincare products, retinol, and hydroquinone.
If you’re considering a Botox or dermal filler treatment, you can have the treatment on the same day after your facial. If you just had a Botox or dermal filler treatment, allow at least two weeks before getting a facial.
